This winter it seems that the black winter trench coat is in again with the double up buttons to make you look like Captain Jack from Torchwood. It's happening more and more each year with darker and gloomier colours which are just dull. Why is it that the British just wear drab colours? I know it's good to get in with the season, but why not throw in a bit of red, orange and green into the mix? A red scarf would go great with a black coat and adds that extra bit of character.

If anything the winter is the worst season for shopping, lots of people rushing to buy things in for Christmas and don't even get me started on the weather!
